UX & Product Design
Grupo Santa is a hospital group in Brasília, Brazil, that manages 5 of the biggest hospitals in the city. Its tech team found an opportunity to solve important issues via developing a mobile app. While the back-end was almost complete, I successfully led the Design Team responsible for delivering the UX and UI recommendations to the front-end phase.
UX & Conversational Design
Banco do Brasil answers many phone calls per day and most of them are about simple requirements that could be solved via chatbot. It’s a known fact that a considerable part of these customers doesn’t access internet banking, but even so, everyone uses WhatsApp. With that in mind, this channel arose as the main candidate to solve the problem.

Invepar manages some of the most important highways in Brazil. The routine of its employees consists of actions such as controlling maintenance and answering different kinds of requests, keeping toll booths running and ensuring people's safety. I had the incredible mission of improving the experience of dealing with so much information via complex screens.
Product Design
Feirinha do Quadrado is a well-known arts and crafts fair in Brasília, Brazil, that faced a hard challenge in 2020:
to find a way to realize the fair during the pandemic.
I had the privilege to help to transpose the offline experience to a satisfying online experience, aiding the group in exploring their own potential. Fifty local entrepreneurs were able to sell their work via a virtual marketplace! Through the challenges, we came out victorious with excellent results on our end.
